Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production 2017

Published together with our partner, Fortune, the Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production is a “best of the best” ranking. The winners come from the universe of companies who are certified this year by Great Place To Work® as great workplaces and have published Great Place To Work Reviews, meaning they are serious about creating a great workplace and comfortable with transparency. We’ll consider the number of companies with published Reviews, who have self-identified as being in the Manufacturing & Production industry, and we’ll look at the employees feedback from these companies who have completed Great Place To Work’s renowned Trust Index© Employee Survey and answered 58 questions about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace. These surveys result in a total score for each company based entirely upon employee feedback.
