Celebration Video Asset Collection Form
Great Place To Work is thrilled to announce our very first virtual global event to celebrate the 2021 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ list winners, Monday, April 12 on LinkedIn Live.
As a celebration partner of Great Place To Work, you will be featured in a custom video segment during the celebration highlighting why you are one of the best workplaces in the United States. To help us produce this segment, we ask that you submit select media assets to be paired with your highlighted stats and insights.
For those partners who have elected for an extended segment, you will also provide additional acceptance remarks from your CEO, CHRO, or chosen organization leader, in addition to the aforementioned logo, b-roll, and photography asset. Details are listed below. Check with your Great Place To Work account manager if you are unsure of your partnership level.
After the celebration, we will provide you with the video file of your celebration segment. You are welcome to use this video royalty-free across all of your channels with no restrictions.
March 1 – Deadline to confirm participation

1. Logo
Please share your company's preferred logo

2. B-Roll Footage
Please share raw footage that highlights the following categories:
- Your culture in action and what makes you a great place to work For All.
- Your people at work, including shots in and around your offices or locations.
- The diversity of your people and company.
- Your people volunteering in the community.
- How you celebrate remotely as a culture.
- How you’ve continued to get work done through the COVID-19 pandemic.
- DO NOT INCLUDE any music, lower thirds, or other branded video graphics.

3. Photography
Please share 5-7 images with captions of the following:
- Your people at work or in the community
- Your leaders
- Branded Signage
- Your team celebrating
- Your office, vehicles, or business operations
- Your products

- Minimum 2000px wide
- Landscape-oriented photos are preferred

4. Social Media
Please share a Word document with links to other publicly available videos, photography, and branding, ideally featuring your Great Place To Work Certification, list wins, and other related content.

5. Inspirational Acceptance Remarks
Please submit remarks from your CEO, CHRO, or chosen organization leader that address the following:
- How is your organization fulfilling its purpose by elevating your people and the community where they work? What is your impact on the nation's community?
- How has the Great Place To Work® partnership and For All methodology helped your company in achieving its purpose?
- How do you create a positive employee experience and why is it important to your business?
- How is your organization supporting and caring your employees and/or your community through COVID-19?
Technical Requirements
- Remarks should be 2-minutes or less
- Where possible, use a condenser or lavalier microphone to capture the best audio possible
- DO NOT INCLUDE watermarks, background music, or graphical overlays
- MP4 file type
- Minimum HD 1080px resolution
- Files labeled with your company name and the subject matter
