Jonathan Pietra

Jonathan Pietra, the founder of Great Place To Work Israel, began his career in marketing and has held several managerial positions at leading global companies such as Coca-Cola, Nestlé, and Unilever. His extensive experience across diverse work cultures has shaped his understanding of organizational dynamics.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jonathan observed the rapidly changing work environment and recognized the need to foster an organizational culture that helps individuals realize their potential while enabling businesses to thrive. This insight led him to establish the Israeli branch of Great Place To Work.

Jonathan is a graduate of Tel Aviv University, holding a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology and an MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Technological Management. He is also a lecturer on leadership and management, focusing on the connection between organizational culture and business success.
